If you give us permission, we may also send you emails about our store, new products, and updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do we obtain your consent? By providing us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return a purchase, you imply your consent for us to collect and use that information solely for the stated purpose. If we require your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will directly ask for your explicit consent or provide an opportunity for you to decline.

How can you withdraw your consent? If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you or continue collecting, using, or disclosing your information by contacting us at support@aprolo.com.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you. Shopify stores your data on secure servers, including data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, all of which are protected by a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. The information is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Once the purchase transaction is complete, your data is stored only as long as necessary and then deleted. All direct payment gateways follow the PCI-DSS requirements set by the PCI Security Standards Council.

For further details, you can review Shopify's Terms of Service (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Statement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information required for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how they handle your personal information. Please note that some providers may operate in different jurisdictions, subjecting your information to the laws of those jurisdictions if you proceed with a transaction involving their services. Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
